Are you ready to go back to a time when flashy colors were hip, weird hairstyles were cool, and denim was happening? Well, I'm not here to talk about fashion statement comebacks. I'm here to talk about those classic flicks that are still shown on TV, the ones that are still admired by  today's audience and we’ll be diving into exactly why that is.

We’re taking a trip back 30 years into the past. Yes, we’re going back to the time in which Marty McFly made his first time traveling adventure; a time which gizmo accidentally caused mayhem, The Goonies discovered treasure, and the feud between the Greasers and the Socs was at it’s peak. That's right we're going to be revisiting the classic movies of the 80s.

As a movie lover I want to discuss why these movies still reserve a special place in the hearts of many. You may have watched these movies at a young age or may have watched them for the first time recently. If lucky, maybe you got to experience these classic films the moment they were released in theaters. This is for you, all of you. This is a look at what makes these movies stand out and why they are deserving of this love or attention.
